Dear Yogis and Yoginis,

Yesterday, as planned, I went to Mahalakshmi Temple in Ashland ,

MA for the final day of Navaratri celebrations. The Temple was

filled with devotees celebrating Ram Navami and, also, the last day

of Narvarna Puja. My friend and I cleaned up the ghee, kum kum and

tumeric beneath the Parvati puja and prepared the 13 small plate

offerings for Sri Chakra Puja. The priest arrived (the one who you

can see performing abishek to the Shiva Lingam in the two photos I

sent)and began. What a sublime experience! ...made even more so by

the power of the sankalpa from this group! You were all offered for

blessing from Maa at the Purnahuti! There were SO many rose petals

that they literally covered Devi (and the Sri Chakra at her feet)

from top to bottom, like a huge fragrant mountain!!

This morning I woke up and my puja room was still humming with

the Navaratri practice! It's just so very inspiring to see what a

difference it makes when we pay this kind of attention! Thank you

all so much for your devotion to practice and THANK YOU Shree Maa

and Swamiji for your incredible generosity and support for ALL of

us, no matter where we are, "official" or "unofficial" (thanks,

Chris).

best,

sadhvi
