Dear Linda

Ghee is nothing but clarified butter. When you heat

unsalted butter on a low flame for about 10 mts or so

You will get a clear brown liquid .Filter it using a

filter. allow it to cool.This on cooling forms a

white soft solid.that is ghee...For every 15 days I

make it at home. Donot bother to go to Indian stores.
