Guest guest
Question from Nanda: Verse 99 says "By means of the path of the intuitive vision of the Guru, the mind should be made pure. The impermanent and other divisions should not be a bondage to the soul." What does the "path of the intuitive vision of the Guru" mean ? Does it mean, by following the Guru's words, since he has the path of intuitive vision, we become pure ? Or is there a different interpretation? Also can we say that everything except sadhana comes under "impermanent and other divisions" ? Thank you for your time. JAI GURU Swamiji's response: Certainly when the Guru gives instructions he or she is exercising the path of intuitive vision. This is true by words and example. When we follow that example or instruction, we become pure. Definitely everything except sadhana is impermanent or divisive. But then again, when we are truly devotees, there is nothing nothing but sadhana.
Guest guest
"But [said Swamiji} then again, when we are truly devotees, there is nothing nothing but sadhana." Jai Shiva Swamiji! There is nothing but the Guru! [God/Goddess]. Every action is serving the Guru. Every THING [animate or inanimate] is the Guru. There is nothing but Service to the Guru. How to do we best serve the Guru? By trying our best to live by His/Her teachings, which brings us back to? Right! Sadhana! Beloved Swamiji once again irons out the wrinkles of self-imposed complexity. i bow down with my whole being to the Guru. YOU dear devotees are the Guru! i bow down to you again and again! There is nothing but the Guru! Is there an echo in here? :<) Jai Chandi Shree Maa! Jai Shiva Swamiji! Jai Thakur Ramakrishna Deva!
