Namaste, beloved Dawnji! i just played my Durga Puja CD by Shree Maa, and the mantra IS included in the closing prayers after the Arati. i Hope this helps. It may be included on some of the other puja CD's as well, as it is usually included in the closing prayers, but the Durga puja CD i know has it for sure, since i just listened to it.
