Guest guest
Dear Kalia, Thank you for the verse and your commentary. I did not have anything to share on that verse, but wanted to share something I read today from "I am That" - Conversations with Nisargadatta Maharaj. Here it is ... =====Begin excerpt "Question :Who are the people in this room? Are they your disciples ? Nisargadatta Maharaj :Ask them. It is not on the verbal level that one becomes a disciple, but in the silent depths of one's being. You do not become a disciple by choice; it is more a matter of destiny than self-will.It does not matter much who is the teacher - they all wish you well. It is the disciple that matters - his honesty and earnestness. The right disciple will always find the right teacher." ======End excerpt Praying that we all get to be the right disciples, Nanda

Guest guest
Thanks for your response and for the text shared which gives much room for thought. All scriptures declare Truth as the only medicine for this age. A disciples’ desire for Truth connects him or her to the True Guru who is always in the Sat Yuga because that Pure Being knows no other but Truth. May we all get to be the right disciples.
