Since Prasad is something we physically imbibe and thereby receive the blessings of both the offering and the Guru, to call the Guru the Prasad of Grace seems to me that we must imbibe the essence of the Guru, take the Guru within and thus discover the wisdom of our individual soul. The emphasis on individual soul here is also very interesting to me, since so my in Hinduism is defined in terms of Oneness. I do believe we have individual souls, as sparks of the Sun, so we are sparks of the Guru, and then we imbibe the Guru's Sunlight as Prasad and discover our own true Self. What an incredible verse.
