Chrisji,

 

I enjoyed your comments on verses 115 and 116 very much. I was

reminded of a poem by Mahadeviyakka, which you may or may not know. I

copied it anyway:

 

'When I did not know myself

where were you?

 

Like the colour in the gold

you were in me.

 

I saw in you,

lord white as jasmine,

the paradox of your being

in me

without showing a limb.'
