Guest guest
Dear All, Today's verse - 118 When one sees all manifested existence as his own, an he alone is established everywhere, then the perception of worms and bees (and other objects of nature) becomes the meditation of That (as in tat twam asi). Comment: Divinity shines throughout creation, Supreme Divinity, human, plants, animals, inanimate objects, sun, moon, stars, every atom of this universe is pervaded by Divinity whether seen or unseen, movable or immovable. The very food we eat is but a manifestation of the One God(dess). When our minds are freed from ignorance and we can attain this realization, then we are aware that the feeling of separateness is only as a result of this limited body. We become aware "I am not the body, Consciousness I am." Please share your thoughts. KaliaDo You ?
Guest guest
Dear Kalia, thank you for posting the verse and your beautiful comment. I have nothing to add except the prayer that all human beings may wake up to this realization and recognize their own Self manifesting in beautiful forms like worms and bees (and also as spiders, which I have to remind myself of often:)) so that all may live and work together in peace. with love, Henny , Kali Kali <kaliananda_saraswati@y. ...> wrote: > > Dear All, > > > > Today's verse - 118 > > When one sees all manifested existence as his own, an he alone is established everywhere, then the perception of worms and bees (and other objects of nature) becomes the meditation of That (as in tat twam asi). > > > > Comment: Divinity shines throughout creation, Supreme Divinity, human, plants, animals, inanimate objects, sun, moon, stars, every atom of this universe is pervaded by Divinity whether seen or unseen, movable or immovable. Guest guest
Kalia, This is a really beautiful verse. I have sat here for some time, trying to find some few words to try and describe the subtle, fleeting impressions rising and quickly dissolving from the deep places of my heart and mind. I find I cannot find them. How can I express the beauty I see in this mystery. To find in this earth a true paradise of loving communion...unbound entirely..."established" in every created thing, but in truth, as large as the universe, just as Shiva in a stone lingam...and all of this because of the feet of the guru, because the guru is Supreme Consciousness, because of the grace of the guru which shows to me in meditation my own soul...what could be more beautiful...
