Dear devotee ~ sometimes the simplest acts may be the most profound. I had a terrible dream last night and woke up feeling scared, almost as if I might have a nervous breakdown. I am sad because I am so far away from my daughter, and I cannot afford to live in the area she lives in anymore (she is the Maryland). My first action was to come to the computer and begin reading this digest, which immediatedly helped me feel better. And then, this simple reflection was just what I needed to hear. I turn my needs and my feelings over to the lotus feet of Shree Maa. Jai Maa ~ Linda

We begin by seeing God in little things. We practice seeing God in a flower, in a candle, in an altar of worship, in a form of deity that we put our love and devotion into. Then the relationship increases exponentially. Dear devotee ~ I especially love this excerpt from "Before Becoming This." I am still taking baby steps, and lengthy pujas are difficult for me because of my illness. But this gives me a new way to approach worship, just as on their website, Shree Maa and Swami say worship is respect.
