Guest guest
Dear Kalia, thanks for posting the verse. our brother who so valiantly wields the sword of truth said: >jai maa, thou art HER. we become what we > dwell upon, this is a universal law. and I know that it is true. That is, intellectually. I have been taught that there is only one Self, one 'I', one Reality, and that in our inmost center that Self dwells in glory, albeit obscured by ignorance. Ok. But what does that mean in everyday life? Why don't I feel it? So I thought about that some more and then listened to Shree Maa's new song 'I love you all, I serve you all'. And I went to work, but the song went with me; the words and melody just stuck in my mind and slowly worked their way into my heart. And then at one point the lyrics did no longer apply only to Shree Maa 'out there', expressing her love for us Club children, but to the true 'I' within 'me' expressing Her true nature, showing 'me' what I can become. And so the song became much more than a lovely 'thank you'. It became a mantra for me today, helping 'me' to remember who I AM and what I AM HERE TO DO, and as I kept 'hearing' it in the background, I began to realize that every time love is expressed (in a small way) through 'me' and some service is rendered, it is HER, and only HER! And then it all becomes easy, and joyful and straightforward.... Maa, you sang to your child today and showed it what to do. May this child never forget again, JAI MAA! with love, Henny , Kali Kali <kaliananda_saraswati> wrote: > > Dear All, > > > > Please share your thoughts on today's verse : > > > > "When one meditates upon the Guru, he himself becomes the manifestation of Supreme Divinity. Guest guest
Henny, I know, it's very simple, isn't it? Love and serve, love and serve, love and serve. If only I could love and serve.... Jai Maa!
