Guest guest
Dear Divine Swamiji and Devi Group Members With your blessings, guidelines and support I have today successfully managed to complete the Chandi Homam. We started with Puja of all deities of which we had setup altars in the following order: Ganesh Matrika 64 Yogini Kalash Chandi Bhairav Brahama Vishnu Shiv Nav Graha The above puja started at 9am and we completed by 12 mid-day. Then using the Shiv Yagna Book we managed to get the Homa started then we moved to Chandi Paath. After Chandi Homa we did homa of all the above deities in their respective order. The entire ceremony completed by 8pm and I just reached home after having a nice dinner there with prasad, and had some coca-cola and thought to write a note to thank you all for your help for assisting me accomplish this task. Believe me it wasn’t easy at all. I also managed to have other references to the Chandi Homa such as special offerings after or during each Chapter and this was great when doing. During Chapter 4 of Chandi I started shivering due to a feel of some extraordinary divine energy around me and could hardly move my eyes from the Homa fire. But then I knew Maa is taking my prayers that I was doing for this community people. I would also like to thank Ashika, my wife, for being such a big help to me. >From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank you all for your individual emails and giving me encouragement to take up this mega task. I wish I could write more but igot slight headache and would like to rite something later. Let me see if Ashika has got any digi-photos of the prayer ceremony. Yours in devotion to Maa Durga Pranams and good night Jay Discover Find restaurants, movies, travel &; more fun for the weekend. Check it out! Guest guest
Congratulations Jay! Your accomplishment is really inspiring! How I wish I were up to that effort. I have only ever done one, simple homa with/for anyone else, but I have some idea how satisfying it feels to share God's blessing to others in this way. May you continue to be a source of inspiration and blessings for your community, including we here! Jai Maa!
