Devotee quoted from "Life of a Saint" :

> I was reminded of a time that I had a physical problem and I

remarked to Maa that I was slowing down. Rather than commiserating

with me Maa smiled sweetly and replied, "Your body is getting closer

to God! One day we will leave our bodies and be with God. Isn't that

wonderful

Dear Devotee and others ,

This reminds me of an incident with Maa a few weeks ago. One elderly

devotee that visits the Mandir has a lot of health problems .

When she met Maa that day, Maa asked her usual question "How are you ?"

Immediately, this devotee started explaining the list of the physical

maladies that she was presently undergoing...

Maa stopped her and said "Those problems are with the body. How is

your mind ?"

Thus reminding us to focus our sadhanas on purifying the mind.

When ever I ask Swamiji, "How are you?"

He always has the same gleeful reply:

"I'm Divine!!!"

I like that attitude and try to emulate it as much as possible.
