Do you have any specific instructions on meditation when itchy and

scratchy attack. We have some skin allergies and the like and at

times it flares up. My goal is complete stillness.Swamiji's response:

What a privilege that the Goddess is giving darshan on your skin.

Watch Her to the extent of your capacity, and thank Her for the

blessing of awareness.

isn't it amazing? just today i was seeing [for the jillionth time] ...

pain is indeed leading to deeper awareness ... or it can lead us OUT

to the SKIN of it all ... the dev MUST see God's work in all this ...

Never heard a "Royal Sword" (Raj Talwar) having allergies? what brand is it??
