Guest guest
Please share your thoughts on today's verse - 148. All obstacles will be removed. The ideal of perfection, the necessities for attainment, the perfection of all desires, and liberation are given. Whatever desires are contemplated wherever, then and there they will be attained without a doubt. Jai Guruji ki jaiDo You ?Tired of spam? Guest guest
Kaliananda Here is my understanding. The source of all happiness is the Heart. Other things may be attributed as the source of happiness. Once the Heart is located, then all happiness is yours -- all is given, attained, desires are completed. s , Kali Kali <kaliananda_saraswati> wrote: > > Please share your thoughts on today's verse - > > > > 148. Guest guest
Dear Kalia, here's what I think: the verse names says that all obstacles will be removed for the achievement of the four objectives for which Life has become manifest (as you and me, for instance:)). The verse names these objectives, which, In Tattva Jnana, Swamiji describes thus: dharma (to manifest an ideal of perfection), artha (to acquire those physical resources necessary to maintaining that ideal), kama (the cessation or the fulfillment of every other desire except the desire for unity) and moksha (liberation, otherwise knows as self-realization). This is what we are here for and the Guru Gita promises that there is no obstacle that can prevent us from reaching our destination (though we may not do so in this particular form). Life strives towards the expression of perfection and It cannot fail. >From our acceptance of the Guru as our ideal of perfection, everything follows. The Guru Gita does everything it can to bring us to the point where we are able to accept this grace. For me, this acceptance is indeed a matter of the Heart (Jai Raj Talwar!). The heart opening into the Heart. And once we start living from the Heart of being, our true Heart's desires cannot remain unfulfilled. with love, Henny , Kali Kali <kaliananda_saraswati> wrote: > > Please share your thoughts on today's verse - > > > > 148. Guest guest
What more can I say? We come to the feet of the gurudeva with nothing but our faith and devotion, and he removes the obstacles, both material and subtle, providing all that we need to achieve self-realization, and when we do, if we have any desire it is fulfilled. Jai Gurudeva! Jai Maa!
