Jai Maa Chris,

I tend to agree with the answer which Kanda provided to your question

as I too believe that these are just different stages of awareness.

Of course there is the literal meaning of the places but there is the

spiritual aspect also.

The body is known as the field (see Bhagavad Gita Chap 13), it is also

the temple which houses the soul.

Shiva Shakti flows within us.

Visnu represents Truth.

At the feet of the Creator. All worship is offered at the Lotus Feet

of Beloved Guru. Guru is Brahama, the Creator - the Guru creates the

disciple, without Guru there is no disciple.

What could be more beautiful than a pure mind.

Regarding the trees, Lord Budha reached enlightenment under a tree.

Chrisji, nothing in these texts are useless, we must continue to pray

for understanding which can only come through surrender.

Pranams.

Yeah, I just really don't know what to make of these verses. All ofthe

other verses in this scripture seem to be rich in meaning with

fewwasted words. These verses seem to be a confusion of

locations, without any clear meaning. Hmmmmm.....Later on there are

more locations, a battlefield, on an elephant, inconfusing

places......Why so much seemingly useless stuff about locations?Jai

Oh Giver of Boons, now I speak of the places to recite for> the

fulfillment of desire: at the sea, on the bank of a river, or in> a

temple of Visnu or Siva.>
