Guest guest
Dear Chris, A similiar thought came to mind this morning during sadhana regarding the joy of Shree Maa and Swamiji which I would like to share with the group. At the end of each of the three episodes of the Chandi when Mother's praise has been sung, She grants her children a boon. If Guruji were to come and say to the Guru Gita group "My children, I will grant you the fulfillment of your desire." What would your response be? Kalia would seek but one drop of Paramahansa Ramakrishna's devotion to Mother and the will to nurture that seed. Jai Maa Chris Kirner <chriskirner1956 > wrote: Kalia,This is pure Advaita, tat tvam asi. Guest guest
OM NAMAH SIVAYA what a perfect boon that would be! but greed might tempt me to ask for two drops. one for Siva, one for Shakti. and heavy on the will. My ceasless request is always for Pure Devotion to Maa's Lotus Feet, to make every action an oblation to Her, every word a Mantra of Praise. And yes, dear sister, Kalia, one tiny drop of Thakur's devotion to Mother would be more than enough....We wouldn't even need to ask for the will to nurture that seed, if we have but one tiny drop of Thakur's devotion to Maa... it would automatically be included...everthing exists in that drop..that bindu of pure devotion. Jai Sri Ramakrishna! Guest guest
Kalia, Samadhi. It is all I really want. In the Tripura Rahasya Dattatreya says that to acheive samadhi one must believe he can acheive it. Swamiji says that Union is for everyone. Jai Maa!
