Dear Chris and All ~ first let me say hello again. I have been away for some weeks because I got sicker and wasn't able to do much, except chant the Chandi, which seems to be where I go for comfort and help. When I moved to where I am living now ~ an acre of natural desert, filled with red rock popping out of the earth, cacti (some with beautiful purple and yellow blooms), wild flowers, unusual desert grasses, oak brush and juniper trees ~ I discovered a fire pit already made. Surrounded by a circle of large red rock, the earth has the detritis of burnings that have been done there, and it is too beautiful to have been used for something like trash. Off in the distance, I am surrounded by the gently undulating bluish mountains (blue when in shadow, but various greens when in sun because they are covered by Pinon, Pine and Juniper trees). Anyway, it is perfect for a homa. So I am wondering what a "regulation kunda" is. I will look in the files section to see if there is anything else on how to make a homa, but am open to information from anyone in the group. Guest guest
Hi Linda! I've been wondering where you were... I was going to write, but somehow it kept slipping my mind. I'm glad you're feeling better. I don't know all the details, just that it's square and has three levels. Have you searched the web yet? Jai Maa!
