Guest guest
This is such an important statement, I think. Worldly people, especially, but even people in spiritual training, who should know better, do not understand this simple truth about enlightened masters. Most people do not believe there is any such thing as an enlightened, all-powerful human alive today in this world. This is because they can only see through their own egos, which are mired in activities of ambition and self-aggrandizement. They can only imagine someone who is like they are, a little better perhaps, only more powerful. Even spiritual people, looking at all the suffering in the world, wonder sometimes why, if there really are Masters living in the world, so many still suffer. Why are some healed, and others not? The answer, of course, is the quote below on liberation. Someone, I don't remember who it was, when asked this question, responded that God didn't create this suffering; people are responsible for the suffering in this world, receiving the fruits of their karmas. Personally, I think the Masters of this world do far more than most of us realize to allieviate suffering, it's just not the kind of open activity that is easily seen. Jai Maa! Guest guest
It's part of the wonder, isn't it, and the beauty of this reflection of Mother, that we find these perfections of love and harmony unvieled bit by bit, sometimes a little at a time, sometimes in a great rush. We stand before Her in awe and great gratitude. Jai Maa!
