I believe just the shiva linga (without yoni) sold for as little as a dollar (a green crystal) but I am pretty sure they had all ranges. I know they sell small ones of this type on Ebay. I seem to recall Ammachi's bookstore selling Lingams, with and without Yonis. They may not list this on their bookstore website though.
