penance schmenance

well, unless that's what you have faith in -- then by all means, give it a name

and go

ahead

....and also

please study what Ramakrishna says about sin. He is very clear.

Take the name of God even once, bingo, home free.

He/She will make it happen when He does. Or cut off my head. Either

way, it's done.

until then and in the meantime for something to do

asan, pranayam

3-4 hours sadhana a day

build it to 8 -- there is plenty of time in the day if we can be

disciplined

serve somebody, serve the circumstance

strive to be like your Guru(s)

strive not to entertain the mental and emotional gyrations

strive not to entertain faults, see differences, be critical, be

judgemental, or have an

opinion about anything

just give love

....

end of rant

that is all

over and out, and nice to be back home from the summer travels

back to the fire tonight

Jai Maa

love,

Devnath
