Guest guest
We know during yagna/homa rituals the energy from fire can burn our karma. But if we do our rituals in front of other modern heat sources like electric heater, bulb do we absorb energy from them during yagna/homa. Can we replace the fire pot with electric heater etc. Thanking you. Jatin Prakash
Guest guest
In my opinion a Flame is best. However, it is truly the Fire of God's Spirit that burns our karma when we offer it to Her with love and devotion. That Fire is everywhere and is especially concentrated within our hearts. My feeling is: if you can't find a suitable flame, then close your eyes and visualize building a fire as you would in reality, then ask the Diety to inhabit your imagined fire and offer your karmas therein.
