On Prayer Club, Steve

Dear All,

Completed the prayer club sankalpa, and as always I am touched by

this friendship ring that takes away the suffe-ring

 

As Karen once called it , the 13-minute super seva - it is beautiful

to read out the names of all the people that mean so much to the

members of our satsanga and visualize and wish them well .

 

Some names or requests really catch the eye and the heart and today

what struck me was good ol Steve's request

"For all devotees to find time to meet spiritual goals"

 

This was so much in keeping with a discussion that we had this week

on our group in keeping faith alive in worship and the one on

offering Dharma.

 

And the two powerful teachings that we received as a result of the

discussion - Maa telling us that Sadhana will remove doubts , and

Swamiji telling us that offering Dharma means striving towards our

Ideal of Perfection.

 

Dear Maa, give us your blessings and grace to keep at our sadhana

and bless us to realize our Ideal of perfection.

 

Thank you Steve for the request.
