Dear Henny ~ I have missed you, and what you wrote here makes my heart

sing for joy. Just a minute ago, I was wondering how I would fit the

sankalpa into my day, with losing time due to my health issues and

having to squeeze the things I care about and want to do in between

my physical "crashes." But you have handed me a beautiful key, and I

will use it.
