Dear Len ~ I found these associations very interesting, especially since I am a jewelry maker. Hematite is one of my favorite semi-precious stones that I work with (Kali). Hmmmm... I also love (red) Tigereye (Bhairavi); pearls, usually freshwater (Matangi) and coral, which I just bought a lot of (Bagalamukhi). I already am aware of metaphysical associations with gems and semi-precious stones, but this adds a whole new level to my work.
