Questions re: Sankalpa for Prayer Club

Namaste everyone…

I have a few questions regarding translations and meanings of some of

the words & phrases contained within the snakalpa for the Prayer

Club. Any offerings of information would be greatly appreciated!

* What is the meaning of this below, and what exactly is a gotre? (I

ask about the gotre, since it states you could use your own)

Om adya jambudvipe, (your country) dese, (your state) pradese,

normal; FONT-FAMILY: 'Maiandra GD'">(your city) nagare, Devi Mandire, KARTIK maase, SHUKLA pakshe,

'Maiandra GD'">DWADASAM tithau Satyananda Gotre (or your gotre),

* What is the translation of “mangalartham cha” (and “cha” on its own)?

* What is the translation of the MM Mantra?

* What are the meanings of each word contained in the samput

recommended by Swamiji, for the MM Mantra: OM JUM SAH OM BHUR BHUVAH

SVAH

Thank you in advance!
