It's good to hear from you again, though. I am wondering what specifically you are referring to that one would do for 15 minutes a day. I totally agree with everything you said, yet I am scattered, then thrown off by my illness now and then, but even with that, 15 minutes a day seems very manageable. No, you didn't miss anything ... the name of the post by Karen was you can do anything 15 minutes a day and it was in reference to the prayer club, which is really 15 minutes per week ... It makes complete sense to do whatever we can, and if it is regular, it is even better. Even if it is one minute a day. Even if for one second a day I think of the Infinite Being. It is a way of getting it into our nervous system. Plus we then have somewhere to increase from. It is a great way to establish a foundation. We can even measure how hot the tapas is, by how we are doing ... is it painful, is it easy? It will always change, but your conviction is each day increasing.
