It is true, I have never been sorry I did this Sankalpa. What do we get

mantra, and let the mantra do the work. Its easy this way, resting on

Dear Steve ~ I think I must have missed a digest or something. It's

good to hear from you again, though. I am wondering what specifically

you are referring to that one would do for 15 minutes a day. I totally

agree with everything you said, yet I am scattered, then thrown off by

my illness now and then, but even with that, 15 minutes a day seems

very manageable.

Thank you ~ Linda

Hi Linda!

No, you didn't miss anything ... the name of the post by Karen was you

can do anything 15 minutes a day and it was in reference to the prayer

club, which is really 15 minutes per week ...

It makes complete sense to do whatever we can, and if it is regular,

it is even better. Even if it is one minute a day. Even if for one

second a day I think of the Infinite Being. It is a way of

getting it into our nervous system. Plus we then have somewhere to

increase from. It is a great way to establish a foundation. We can

even measure how hot the tapas is, by how we are doing ... is it

painful, is it easy? It will always change, but your conviction is

each day increasing.

Peace ...
