I know you have already written a bit is thepublished material about Sri Ma and Swamiji, and I also know that youdon't like to put yourself forward into the limelight, but if you wereto just keep note of memories, as they naturally come up during theday, that have inspirational or instructive value, and wrote a fewlines into the websight when you have a spare moment, I know that manyof us would benefit. Greetings Tanmaya ~ I think you must have joined the group while I was away again. I totally agree with what you request. There have been so many wonderful stories about being with Shree Maa and Swamiji by those who have the good fortune to be there or live close by. And even if they are never collected into a book; and it would be grand if they were, just to save them into a common area or folder on the site would be wonderful. I would love to go back and read some of those stories right now, for I am feeling very discouraged about the holiday. Others here know a bit more about me and my situation, but this is the first year in her entire life that I will not see my daughter at Christmas, and it is breaking my heart. I also struggle with issues around my mother and stepfather, which get brought up hugely on any special occasion and fall has been very difficult because, first my mother's birthday, then my stepfathers (and it was harder than it has ever been to send a present and then also call), then Thanksgiving, now Christmas. My sister and niece will be spending Christmas with my mother and stepfather. I may very well never see any of them again. That breaks my heart too. Perhaps it is time for me to build my homa, no matter how crudely or incorrect it might be and throw rice (and all this stuff) into the fire.
