Mikul? Anyhow, the chorus was something like, "and She takes our

darkness away...

Dear all ~ I remember now that Mitra was the one who wrote the song I

was thinking of, and he gave me a cd at the retreat center near

Seattle. It was their last tour ... I didn't realize how very lucky I

was to be seeing them. The beginning of the song goes like this:

She's Our Mother,

we bring Her flowers;

we chant Her name

for hours and hours,

and She takes all our darkness away,

she takes all our darkness away

 

I will never forget the retreat or this song and I feel very blessed to have an actual copy of it.

Does anyone know if Mitra is still there? Jai Maa ~ Linda
