Guest guest
Please please do not share moments like these with anyone. They are gifts of the goddess. And, in my opinion, it is not a good idea to think about them, contemplate them, try to explain them, or in anyway attempt to comprehend them. Just accept them with love and enjoy the moment. These beautiful moments are the fruit of our discipline, they are why we perform the puja. They are the moments where Mother grants us a boon of Her choosing. They are moments of pure intuitive surrender, of pure love, pure devotion and a recognition of the absolute Truth of Her Nature. There is no explaining them. They are personal and meant for you alone. Please continue your devoted worship, expecting nothing and offering everything. Goddess bless you Tiger. Guest guest
Dear Tiger Teresa, I can understand your wondering at what is happening to you. I think many of us have experienced the same thing at some point or other. Your tears are a good thing. Don't worry about it, it's Mother's way of letting you know She's there. Tears of joy, tears dissolving obstacles, tears falling like rain from heaven, may our Divine Mother bless you always, with tears or laughter, as She pleases, with love, Henny , Teresa Phillips <ridesthetiger1964> wrote: > > I was doing the Durga Puja and near the end I just started crying for no reason. Guest guest
Teresa, There are 3 types of tears: if they fall from the eye from the inside corners then they are tears of sadness, from the middle falling straight down, they are tears of anger or frustration, and if from the outside corners, then they are tears of joy (and they won't make you sniffle like the other 2 do Now back to the mantras! ! Keep going -- keep turning it all over to Her. Maa and Swami are melting everything away for us all. Thank God!!! And thanks for your post and sharing your experience. Number 68 of the Narada Bhakti Sutras says: "Conversing with one another with choking voice, tearful eyes, and thrilled body, they purify not only their families but the land which gave birth to them".
