Guest guest
Dear Swamiji, thank you for the question. Right now, I would add a daily recitation of the Guru Gita to my sadhana because it keeps me centered and it reminds me that the Guru is not 'out there' but 'in here'. with love and deepest respect, Henny , Nanda <chandimaakijai> wrote: > > Dear All, > HAPPY NEW YEAR ! > > Here is a question from Swamiji - a wonderful one to keep us focussed on Sadhana this brand new year. > > Swamiji's question : > "If we could find one extra hour every day, what would you add to your present sadhana and why?" > > So folks, lets keep thinking and share our views. > > JAI SWAMIJI > Nanda > > > > Photos > Ring in the New Year with Photo Calendars. Guest guest
Love to you Swamiji! The perfect question for the new year for sure, one I have been asking myself! Choices: 1. More recitation and the mantra from the end of Chandi Patah. 2. Meditation on the space between the brows. 3. Shiva Puja with articles. 4. Learning the homa. 5. Devotional art. 6. Bhajans A couple questions arise. One is, the meditation and how much. It is as if, God has given so much. The devotee feels like a child at Christmas. The inner adult and outer Guru says, OK, what is best to do. Another question is, does developing the art fall in a personal activity, work [since I am an designer/artist], or sadhana. Guest guest
Swamiji's question : > "If we could find one extra hour every day, what would you add to your present sadhana and why?" ================= Pranams, With another hour, Kalia would want to meditate on and sing for God and Guru. In doing so, this child would be brought closer into the aura of the Guru attaining wisdom and a better understanding of the goal, the path and the purpose. Jai Jai Jai Beautiful Swamiji. my heart's love is Yours, i bow to Thee my heart's love is Yours, or Great Maha Siddhi Yogi Thank you for this opportunity. Guest guest
OM NAMAH SIVAYA i agree with you Kalia. to me, singing God's name is the best. it aligns Shakti and Siva, focuses the energy and conciousness on the the mantra, melody, and rhythm. for me kirtan allows me to create. by defintion a Creator is one who creates. to become One with God. Guest guest
Roman"> Pranams. Thank you very much for your e-mail. I have two hours leisure time daily. I am not a regular sadhak. By this e-mail, I seek your blessings to utilize my leisure time for regular sadhana. I like to recite “Chandipath” and “Lalitha sahashranamam” daily along with some meditation. With love, Manoharan Nanda <chandimaakijai > wrote: Dear All, HAPPY NEW YEAR ! Here is a question from Swamiji - a wonderful one to keep us focussed on Sadhana this brand new year.
