If I had one more hour, I would definitely spend it in the asan doing meditation, or attempting to, contemplating Shiva between the eyebrows. The specific why of this is, the foundation sadhana would get better time [Puja, recitation, Arati, contemplation and joy of God] and the meditation could be worked on more explicitly and for longer, regular, unbroken periods. The greater why is, for the Jiva to become transparent in the light of the Eternal Way, to clean the mind, to abide in the blissful focus of the Self.
