Dear Saduma ~ yours is the first answer I've read since the question

was posed, except for a few answers that were in the last digest. I

am really interested to see what others say, because each gives a

unique perspective. I have been wanting, for quite some time, to take

a Yoga class (gentle, for seniors...because of my ill health), but I

have procrastanated about it. I believe that Yoga would help me,

though, in helping me to relax my body (which is much of the time

tensed due to pain) and I believe it would help me focus, what you

termed, "clarity of mind..." Thank you ~ Linda
