Dear Brothers and Sisters,

 

Om Namah Shivayah!

 

One very useful practice that our Beloved Swamiji has provided us is

Baddha Konasana (Butterfly pose). Last summer, Swamiji kindly taught

me this pose and suggested that I do one-two malas a day in this pose.

 

I normally sit for 4 minutes everyday (1 mala) plus whenever I can.

Certainly, by Divine Mother's grace, my ability to sit longer has

increased after incorporating this practice.

 

Please try it.
