One very useful practice that our Beloved Swamiji has provided us is Baddha Konasana (Butterfly pose). Last summer, Swamiji kindly taught me this pose and suggested that I do one-two malas a day in this pose. I normally sit for 4 minutes everyday (1 mala) plus whenever I can. Certainly, by Divine Mother's grace, my ability to sit longer has increased after incorporating this practice. Please try it.
