Guest guest
Dear Brian ~ thank you for writing such a wonderful post about mantras and the importance of vocal oscillations and the energy of the mantra. I will save this for reference. I always say as many times of the mantra aloud as I can. I really don't think my pain is the result of blocked energy centers, which doesn't, of course, mean that I may or may not have blockages. I have Fibromyalgi, Immune Dysfunction Disorder, and several ruptured disks in my neck, which is probably why, speaking aloud for any length of time causes the pain to get worse, as I am using muscles in the neck to speak. Perhaps I can plan my sankalpa time for 20 minutes or so after I've taken my pain medication. That gives me relief and lets me do whatever I'm doing with more energy. Thank you again.
