I guess by now, most people in the group know I am quite ill from a number of chronic illnesses. In fact, today I had so much pain and fatigue that after I got up, I had to go back to bed. This tends to happen when I have been pushing myself to hard (which I have). My body just collapses. I am also looking into a program by a Dr. Fuhrman, which is a diet based primarily on vegetables, raw and cooked. I copied what you wrote, but if you could send me the website (on or off digest), I would be so very grateful. I want to cooperate with God/dess in every way I can to become well.
