Guest guest
Dear sadumaa ~ it was wonderful reading your experience of doing the Mother Earth Sankalpa. I'm glad Nanda suggested you share it with us. Even though I live in NM, I have a wood stove (although, at the moment, it's in storage in Oregon :::sigh::. When I first lived here, I lived at the higher elevation where it was colder, and my wood stove kept our entire adobe home heated. I would have loved to know about all this back then. I must have missed Nirmalanda's cautions, so if anyone can tell me which post it is, that would be great. Just from the one homa I went to, that Swamiji and Maa did in Colorado on their last tour, I can understand the greater intensity of the focus, and I can imagine this would be further magnified in solitude. Thank you for sharing some of your "how to's," and the feeling you described of praying for us all left me feeling joyful and humbled.
