Dear Henny ~ your post was so beautiful, with so many good ideas, that

I have made a copy to keep for reference. But this quote from Swamiji

above reached right into my heart. When did Swamiji say this and

under what circumstances? Was it a message to the digest group; is it

in a introduction to one of the books; was it at a retreat? This has

changed everything for me. Even though I too recommend starting

simply, in some ways, it was just me babbling, based on not a whole

lot of experience, but knowing that Swamiji, knowing of my illnesses,

had given me permission to being slowly. I can't find the words to

tell you what sharing these words of Swamiji's means to me. It is

like the sun just came out on a cloudy day, lighting up the whole

world. Jai Swamiji ~ Linda
