Dear Prayer Club (Parvati?) ~ I can't describe the feeling of hearing

Swamiji and the others offering prayers for the participants of the

prayer club and chanting their names. I had put my sister and her

daughter and husband on the list for they are going through some

serious trials (my sister has the same illnesses I have, and now she

has been diagnosed, so she has to deal with it somehow ... ). Anyway,

I sent the link to her so she could listen to it. She is the one who

brought me to Maa and Swami. She said she fell in love with Maa the

first time she heard Maa sing on a tape someone had copied for her.

Please let Swamiji and Maa and the others know how very grateful I am

.... the word, grateful, isn't large enough, but magnify it by about

ocean size. I so wish I was well enough to come and do the wood

chopping seva. When I was a little girl and would visit my

grandmother (who was my saving grace), she used to have this saying

that she'd tell me when I got bored or didn't know what to do with

myself. She said, "I was always told to go pick up chips...", meaning

the wood chips that are left over after chopping wood. Nothing was

wasted ... very much like the way that Swamiji and Maa model for us.

If you need someone to pick up chips, let me know. I could probably

manage that.
