(Ganesha is our family deity, and is a favorite of children!) Dear Parvatasundari ~ thank you so much for sharing the words of your priest about Ganesha. These explanations make a great deal of sense to me. And how wonderful to have Ganesha as your family diety. You are so very fortunate to have a family priest. I pray often that when I am born again, it will be to a family that is loving, that knows appropriate boundaries, and that brings the sacred to every aspect of life ... I would love to be born in a family that has a priest, where these things would be imbibed as a natural part of life. Guest guest
6,7,8,grade and only for last three years,I am reading pronouncing it more and more and it is all Devi's blessing.Similiarly Vedas are unknown to most in India,as they are indeed very difficult to everybody unless yopu go to Gurukul like sri Swamiji.. You should be very proud of the fact that your knowledge is exceellent and are doing good with Swamiji's and shreemaa's grace. Your involvement and all others that I have seen on this group, strenghthens my own belief and makes me to pray and more.Only today I could almost finalize what I need to do daily and on weekends. Most of the knowledge came from Sriswamiji's books.
