Swamiji's response:Actually we use rudraksha. You can use red chandan

and coral malas for Kali. Crystal is used for Lakshmi. Shwet(white)

chandan for Saraswati. Rudraksha for everyone.

Chandan or Chandam means sandal wood.

I was inquiring because of the notes on the Mother Earth Sankalpa.

That is what I was referring to since those choices were on there for

the "Shakti" affiliated mantras.

mala (or mala for chanting Shakti mantras) or are they all equal:

1.red chandam mala2.red coral mala3.crystal mala Also what is a red
