Guest guest
Namaste Dear Family, Make your life very exciting, but always think of it as fun. Adversities as well as the harmony should be enjoyable. Don't become sober and morose and have a castor oil face in the name of spirituality. Just be happy. Even if you make a mistake, say, "Hey, I did this? Great! What a wonderful lesson I learned!" Renowned spiritual teacher Swami Satchidananda (1914-2002), founder of the Light of Truth Universal Shrine (LOTUS) in Yogaville, Virginia Valli and I met Swami Satchidananda when He visited Gururdeva in California in the 90's. Last week we traveled into southwest New Mexico, visited cliff dwellings, old geologic events, and the EMS continued in 6:00 am sessions ( Thank you, Om Hum Srim Mangalaya Nama, the input to the Manipura chakra ). Valli said I was grumpy. I thought she was arguementive, what wonderful lessons we learn as we become more enjoyable with each other.
