Guest guest
.. Swamiji..... "Another very beautiful term for humility in Sanskrit is Vinamrata: a state of continuous bowing." Thank you so much for this, Swamiji. What a wonderful way of defining "humility"...so much is implied from this word : being in the present moment enough to See what is in front of us, the love that seems to automaticially arise when we truly see what IS in front of us and the automatic reaction of bowing in the face of that understanding. There is nothing of the self-abnegation that we can sometimes confuse with "humility"....the attitude is one of reverence and respect, coming from a state of awareness and love, where there is no room for "higher and lower" and no "separation". Thank you again for this. I have never heard this term and it is something I will REALLY cherish and use as a touchstone in my own life. sadhvi
