To Parvati (or prayer group list) ~ Saturday is Prayer Club Day

Just to remind everyone that tomorrow - Saturday is Prayer Club Day.

Dear Parvati and group ~ today I was gallery sitting. Fortunately, my

hubby, Doug, was with me because, after 3 hours, I totally collapsed.

I had to go in the back room and lay down on the floor with my head on

a pillow of bubblewrap. And then I was thinking, oh, today is the

prayer club day. And I was glad that we were given the permission to

say "for all members on the prayer list" because I didn't have the

names with me. I did the MM Mantra on the floor, in terrible pain,

and the thing is ... this is what I want to share ... doing the

prayer club seva helped me. I don't generally think of doing seva as

a way to help myself, yet I know, just from the little I've done,

that it does. It helps and it gives blessings ... well to me at least

.... today I had a feeling of peace and quiet joy. Energy truly is

reciprocal.
