Guest guest
"Shree Maa follows Sri Ramakrishna's philosophy and example, believing that purity begins on the gross level of existence. She teaches that those souls who yearn for God should begin their search by purifying their hearts and their bodies." "There are three qualities which diminish the character and quality of food." One of these qualities "Nimitta Dosh is contamination through contact with the environment. This category includes anything in the food that enters through the environment while cooking, such as dust, dirt, tobacco smoke or any other material impurities." These quotes were taken from "In Shree Maa's Kitchen", which is part of the Preface to the book Shree Maa's Favorite Recipes, published by Devi Mandir. My book has no date. For all thank you
