those souls who yearn for God should begin their search by purifying

"There are three qualities which diminish the character and quality of

food."

 

One of these qualities "Nimitta Dosh is contamination through contact

with the environment. This category includes anything in the food that

enters through the environment while cooking, such as dust, dirt,

tobacco smoke or any other material impurities."
