Dear Prayer Club Coordinator ~ if we are already participating and

already have names on the list, may we assume that we are considered

to be continuing without having to say so? I am guessing that, in

this case, the only reason we would need to notify you is if we

wanted to add, delete or change something about the names we are

requesting prayer for.
