Guest guest
In verse 141 of the Guru Gita transliteration it says: " One should recite facing north desiring peace; facing east for self control. Desiring to slay all adversity, one should face south. Facing west will invite wealth." Facing south is not usually not recommended in meditation as highly as facing east but is it good for this particular application when doing sadhana? Because the purpose is to slay all adversity does that also mean the conditions of this sadhana might be more difficult or less conducive than another direction. Is the purpose of this is to rise to the occassion?
