Dear Edward ~ even though you directed your letter and plea to Shree Maa and Swamiji, I want to respond, for I am in somewhat the same boat, although a different boat. We all cross the ocean of objects and relationships in our own unique vessels. You feel separated from the group and then, also lost, because of your studies. I feel separated and a bit lost when I become sicker, and then due to that, miss out on digests, get behind on sankalpas, and so on. So you have a sister in your lostness, and I don't believe either one of us is really ever lost. It's just that the circumstances of our lives cause a coming and going when we'd rather be staying. I didn't know of Swamiji's message about the new changes on the website until I read today's digest, but I still wrote a response and added my two cents worth. I also thought your idea of a gallery of images was great. I am an artist, and I didn't even think of that one. Your studies sound wonderful, and I am so glad you will be able to complete them sooner than you originally thought. The work you will be doing is very necessary and what wonderful work it will be, and how well what you've learned from Swamiji and Shree Maa will add to that work. I am a firm believer in NDEs as well as the "fact" that, when people are at the edge of their transition, they are seeing beloved ones that others in the room may not see. But this does not make them any less real. I have read with great eagerness the work of Dr. Raymond Moody, Elizabeth Kubler Ross, and the movie about Dannion Brinkley's NDEs, and his subsequent life changes continues to inspire me, even to this day. You will not be lost. Just toss a rope from your little boat to Shree Maa's and Swamiji's. Then when you get caught up with your studies, and later, with your work, you will realize you are always connected and can never get lost, and that whenever you come to share in the digest, or in one of the new amazing forums Swamiji has mentioned, there will be those who will always know you right away and welcome you and be glad to see you again. To others, who are also new, you will be "new," but soon they will know you also. This is an amazing family, and our Cosmic Parents will be sure we are never lost. Guest guest
with my connection, as short as it has been, with the Mandir. This is a really good spiritual time for many people who are to response to their spescific call by Mother, as though responding by "sonar" like dolphine people of the see, (I tend to see animals as peopel in different forms), and listening to a beckon of Light, Sree Maa as divine Mother. Maybe we are dolphine people? I gravitate to them, and they to me, whenever I'm near water. Sometime when I'm not, too! Got off the track here... I mean to say, that I started seing her (Sree Maa) while finishing my undergratuate studies at Portland State. I kept on seeing Maa's face so much that I thought that she was Anandamoyi Maa.and I felt irritable cause I knew Ananda Moyi was on the other side. I was being called to connect. I didn't want to get to excited too much as the precognitive experience was very strong, and I kept on thinking that I would have a female Guru (my presumption) some time in the near future, whatever that meant. I wasn't really wanting another physical Guru. But the sensing was very strong, that I said, well whatever, it may be cause I may be ready more than I think. Then, I really started to have very concrete experiences with Shiva.consciousness in my mediatations this past year, and is getting sharper..Almost as soon as I would sit down for my hour meditation, and sometimes even before, I start seeing Lord Shiva. Well I should stop here, cause I'll write a book if I don't. Talk about not having time, I'm on a roll here. Onec again, thanks for responding. It would be nice to ahve awesome picture of Sree Maa and Swamiji. I look forward to having them. Although, the photo's and claerly in my heart.
