Guest guest
Here's something i came across in a book titled "The sacred power" by Swami Kripananda. "The two periods of sandhya, the hours of twilight at dawn and in the evening at dusk, are times of transition when the prana is shifting from ida to pingala, or vice versa. They are moments when it is easier for the prana to be diverted into the central channel. For this reason, these two periods of twilight are regarded by the scriptures as being particularly auspicious for spiritual practice. When the prana enters the susumnna, Kundali awakens and rises along with the prana through the central channel to the crown of the head, producing the state of samadhi." Maybe we can ask Swamiji to confirm and perhaps elaborate. I wonder if Sandhi has a similar significance?
