Hello, My name is Jim Donovan. I am new to the list. I've recently developed a

website that deals with using music to gain ultra relaxed states of

consciousness. The site is dedicated to the exploration of the mind and the

evolution of the spirit. It features yogic breathing exercises, readings,

educational links and music samples. It is a free site created as a service. I
