Life is one ongoing meditation to me which at certain moments moves

into a cavern without a ceiling, so that in this the process appears to

have moved deeper. This is the illusion, without thought or time

everything just is. The realization of being is just this...movement,

rest, movement, rest. In silence it is all one.
